Driven by a passion for teaching and learning, I am a caring and reliable professional.

I am a fully qualified teacher from London, achieving QTS in 2010.  I hold a first-class Bachelor’s degree in Economics, a Post Graduate Certificate in Education and a Master’s in Education from the University of Cambridge.  I moved into the teaching profession over ten years ago and find helping students to achieve their potential to be immensely rewarding.

With over ten years’ experience teaching in state primaries and independent prep schools, I have extensive knowledge and experience of the curriculum and the teaching methodologies and schemes used in schools.  As a fully qualified teacher, I am able to provide quality tuition services in maths.  

My specialism is in teaching maths and as the Head of Maths at an independent prep school, I taught maths across Years 5-8. This involved helping to prepare students for 11+, 12+ and 13+ school entrance exams, as well as pre-tests and common entrance preparation.  With knowledge and experience of a range of programs, from Singapore-based mastery maths to ISEB common entrance, I have the ability to tailor your child’s learning to their needs, relating it to what they have learnt at school and consolidating and building on their skills and understanding.

I believe that every student should have a stimulating and enjoyable learning experience.  With a calm and patient approach, I am dedicated to helping students to reach their potential in a cheerful and positive way.
